1. About the Service

EDGE / EDGETILT is a community and tooling platform for slot and advantage-play enthusiasts. Features may include social feeds ("Lounge"), calculators, play logbooks, bankroll tracking, offers calendars, AP guides, messaging, and related content.

The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes. We do not operate casinos, accept wagers, or facilitate gambling.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, casino rules, and local regulations. The Service is not legal, tax, or financial advice.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our community guidelines, or applicable law, or that pose risk to other users or the Service.

You may delete your account through in-app settings where available. Deletion is permanent for data tied to your account, subject to our Privacy Policy and legal retention requirements.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Some features may require a paid subscription or add-on. Prices, billing intervals, and included features are shown at checkout or in-product.

Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the plan you select until you cancel.

Refunds, if any, are handled according to the policy displayed at purchase and applicable law. We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice where required.

5. User content and conduct

You retain ownership of content you post (text, images, video, comments, and similar materials). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You agree not to post unlawful, harassing, defamatory, infringing, or misleading content; spam; malware; or content that violates others' privacy or intellectual property rights.

We may remove content or restrict accounts at our discretion, including for moderation and safety. We are not obligated to monitor all user content.

6. Play Logbook and product improvement

When you log plays in the Play Logbook, we store session data you enter (such as game or template, bet size, denomination, counters, meters, cash in/out, calculator snapshots, casino name, notes, dates, and related metrics).

You grant us permission to use Play Logbook and related usage data, in identifiable or aggregated and de-identified form, to operate the Service, improve calculator accuracy, EV models, take-point guidance, AP guides, and other product features. Details appear in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal Play Logbook entries to third parties for their marketing purposes.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, logos, calculators, guides, and documentation (excluding your user content), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or its content except as expressly permitted or required by law.

8. Disclaimers

Calculators, guides, take points, expected-value (EV) models, and community posts are statistical estimates and educational opinions. Outcomes on real machines vary widely. Past results do not guarantee future results.

Mathematical variance and imperfect information: slot machines are games of varying degrees of imperfect information. Unlike games of perfect information (such as video poker, which can be solved mathematically with exact precision), slot machines can run multiple percentage points above or below their programmed theoretical RTP over samples of tens of millions of spins depending on the volatility index of the game. Despite extensive empirical data modeling and observed spin histories, we make no guarantee of precise mathematical accuracy on any individual EV threshold, breakeven meter, or return estimate.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and, where required, provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance before continued use.

Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where we require explicit re-acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction apply.

Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
