This Privacy Policy describes how Digiverse Ventures, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the EDGE / EDGETILT application and related services (the "Service"). It applies alongside our Terms & Conditions.
1. Information we collect
Account information: email address, authentication identifiers, profile details you provide (display name, handle, avatar, banner, bio, location, category pills), and account settings.
Phone and SMS: if you verify a mobile number or someone consents to tournament swap texts, we store that number and the related opt-in or consent record for that program.
Usage and device information: app interactions, feature usage, approximate location when you grant permission (for example, to suggest a nearby casino for bankroll or logbook capture), device type, browser, IP address, and diagnostic logs.
Content you create: Lounge posts, comments, reactions, bookmarks, chat messages, media uploads, offers calendar entries, bankroll sessions, and Play Logbook entries including metric values, casino names, notes, and timestamps.
Payment information: subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We receive billing status and customer identifiers from Stripe; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Push notifications: if enabled, we store device push subscription endpoints and your notification preferences.
3. Play Logbook and product analytics
Play Logbook data helps you track sessions and analyze results. We also use this data to improve the Service, including calculator accuracy, expected-value models, take-point guidance, and AP guide content.
We may analyze Play Logbook entries in aggregate or in de-identified form. Analysis may include metrics such as game or template type, bet size, denomination, counters, meters, cash in/out, spins, bonus counts, calculator snapshots (for example, EV or RTP at time of play), session timing, and derived statistics such as realized return or net profit/loss.
Free-text notes and casino names may be excluded from analytics datasets or redacted where feasible. Shared play sessions may be counted once per session for statistical purposes rather than once per participant.
We do not sell Play Logbook data to third parties for their independent marketing.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator optin data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. How we use information
Provide, maintain, and secure the Service; authenticate users; sync your data across devices.
Personalize your experience (for example, profile display, feed ranking, and saved preferences).
Send transactional messages (account verification, password reset, billing receipts, SMS one-time codes, and tournament swap notices you or a guest opted into) and, with your consent, push notifications.
Moderate content, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms and community guidelines.
Analyze usage and Play Logbook data to improve calculators, guides, and product features as described above.
Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
6. Text messages and mobile numbers
When you or a guest opt in to an EdgeTilt SMS program (for example tournament swap notices or account verification codes), we collect the mobile number and the opt-in / consent record for that program.
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator optin data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer text messaging originator optin data or consent to affiliates, partners, or other businesses for their own purposes.
Those vendors currently include our SMS connectivity provider (Telnyx) and the mobile network operators that deliver the messages. They process this data only to send the texts you opted into.

7. Data retention
We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service.
When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize associated personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records for legal, security, or backup purposes.
Aggregated or de-identified analytics derived from Play Logbook data may be retained longer because it no longer identifies you.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures such as encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and row-level security in our database. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and devices.
9. Your choices and rights
You may update profile information, adjust notification settings, export certain data where the app provides export tools, and delete your account in settings.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
You may opt out of marketing emails using unsubscribe links. Push notifications can be disabled in device and in-app settings.
You may opt out of an EdgeTilt SMS program by replying STOP to a message from that program. Reply HELP for help.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided us data.
11. International users
We operate from the United States. If you access the Service from other regions, your information may be processed in the U.S. or where our service providers operate.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance where required.
